Ex-Myntra CEO Amar Nagaram’s brand Virgio goes offline, launches store at Ambience Mall

Leading sustainable fashion brand, Virgio, has announced the launch of its first offline retail outlet in partnership with Broadway, a new-age multi-brand retail outlet. The new store is located at Ambience Mall, Vasant Kunj, Delhi. This collaboration aims to enhance accessibility to sustainable fashion for Virgio’s Genconsious community members.

Amar Nagaram, Founder & CEO of Virgio, commented on the partnership, saying, “At Virgio, our mission has always been to make sustainable fashion more accessible. Now, with Broadway, we’re taking that mission offline, bringing our globally inspired, eco-conscious collections to life in a vibrant, experiential space.”

The Broadway outlet offers a unique shopping experience that emphasises style and sustainability. Visitors can explore a range of fashion garments made from upcycled pieces, eco-friendly fabrics, and tech-enhanced designs, all within a state-of-the-art retail environment.

Broadway is designed to revolutionise the shopping experience for direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands, combining physical and digital commerce to create an immersive atmosphere. The outlet features creator studios, sampling stations, consultation rooms, and more, making it more than just a shopping destination.

Vivek Biyani, Co-Founder of Broadway, added, “Our collaboration with Virgio allows us to create a retail experience where consumers can interact with the brand on a deeper level. By offering immersive shopping experiences, we aim to bring innovative D2C brands like Virgio to the forefront.”

The launch event spanned three days with Rana Daggubati, part of Broadway’s founding team. Day 1 featured interactions with startup founders who shared their journeys. Day 2 focused on networking opportunities for key stakeholders, providing an exclusive first look at the space and featured brands. On Day 3, select members of Virgio’s community were invited for special rewards and personalized shopping experiences.

Virgio’s community interactions included an infinite aisle experience, allowing visitors to browse styles beyond what was displayed in-store, offering an omnichannel shopping experience. Walk-ins also received styling tips for building a sustainable wardrobe.

Virgio is committed to transforming the fashion industry by embracing circular economy principles, focusing on reducing textile waste and promoting mindful consumption. The brand’s collections are crafted from recycled materials, organic fibres, and repurposed fabrics, merging sustainability with innovative design and quality.
