Bespoke tailoring and fine clothing brand P N RAO has opened its flagship store in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, as announced by the company’s press release. This marks the brand’s eighth store in South India and its first in Telangana.
The store was inaugurated by partners Ketan Pishe, Naveen Pishe, and Machender Pishe, representing the second and third generations of the family.
Ketan Pishe, Partner, P N RAO noted, “While on the one hand, we are committed to offering the finest apparels to our customers and understand our client’s psyche, on the other hand, we are constantly evaluating ways and means to raise the bar and delight our customers with our superior customer service and personalised services.”
A key feature of the store is the Suit Concierge service, which offers customers the opportunity to schedule private appointments for personalised consultations and fittings.
“P N RAO has built one of the largest bespoke tailoring facilities in the country on the outskirts of Bengaluru which is completely solar powered, which demonstrates our commitment to the environment and sustainability practices in an effort to offer clean, safe and hygienic manufacturing of our apparels,” added Naveen Pishe, Partner, P N RAO.
The brand plans to grow its presence in India through franchise partnerships, having already signed a Letter of Intent for further geographical expansion. Originally starting as a womenswear brand before branching into menswear post-Independence, P N RAO reintroduced bespoke womenswear in 2023, celebrating its 100-year legacy. The brand now operates five stores in Bengaluru and two in Chennai.
The new Hyderabad location has already received over 150 inquiries, indicating strong local interest. The store will also feature 3D visualisation technology, allowing customers to see how fabrics will look on them before making a purchase.
P N RAO offers suits in three main categories: Ready-To-Wear, designer Made-To-Measure, and Classic Bespoke Tailoring, catering to a diverse range of customer preferences.
