Aspirational menswear brand, Overlays has launched its latest winter collection, “Ember: Steel Winter ’24.” The collection emphasises themes of warmth and resilience, drawing inspiration from fire’s raw power. With over 35 jacket styles, Ember Steel merges streetwear aesthetics with intricate Indian craftsmanship, featuring paisley prints, hand and machine embroidery, zardozi, and ari work. It’s aimed at those seeking both functionality and style for the colder months.
The launch event was held as a runway show, noted as the first of its kind to integrate the creator economy into its production. Over 13 models displayed the collection against a backdrop of high-level art direction and immersive sound engineering, offering attendees a multi-sensory experience that underscored the collection’s artistry.
Shlok Srivastava, Founder and CEO of Overlays Clothing, highlighted the brand’s mission in his remarks: “This event celebrates the fusion of fashion, technology, and digital creativity.
