Nykaa’s lingerie brand Nykd crosses Rs 100 crore revenue mark

Nykaa’s lingerie brand, Nykd by Nykaa has crossed the Rs 100 crore revenue milestone according to Preeti Gupta Business head – Owned Brands, Nykaa Fashion. Nykaa has 16 owned brands in its fashion division, including RSVP, Twenty Dresses, Pipa Bella, Nykd, Azai, and more.

Amongst these, Nykd, which positions itself in the mass-premium category, contributes the highest to the fashion business, Gupta said.

Nykd, which was launched online in 2020, opened its first physical store in 2022. The Nykaa-owned brand now has 14 stores in the country. It is poised to take on established online-first brands like Clovia, Zivame, Amante.

Adwaita Nayar, CEO, Nykaa Fashion in the company’s Q2FY24 earnings call said, “Nykd is a Rs 140 crore annualized run rate brand. It does about 80% full-price sales. It’s the number one brand in the bra category on Nykaa Fashion and it’s a top three bra brand in the country.”

“Nykaa focuses on maintaining price parity across distribution channels and keeps its discount percent in single digits for Nykd,” Preeti Gupta added.
