Indian ethnic wear brand Neeru’s released an ad film titled ‘Vote ki Taiyaari,’ featuring a female character named Twinkle, a young woman who blends fashion with civic responsibility. The campaign aims to encourage voter participation by transforming the act of voting into a stylish and memorable experience.
In the ad, Twinkle, dressed in Neeru’s collection, engages her family in a discussion about the importance of voting. She emphasises that voting is a celebration of democracy, referring to it as the ‘Festival of Democracy.’ Twinkle’s fashionable approach to the election season highlights how political engagement can be both a duty and a stylish event.
The film concludes with Twinkle and her family heading to the voting booth, wearing their Neeru’s outfits. The campaign underscores the message that participating in elections is both a responsibility and a privilege, advocating for a stylish and engaged democratic society. The brand’s campaign inspires voters to make their voices heard while embracing the festive spirit of democracy.
