Celio launches festive campaign with new digital film for Durga Pujo and Dussehra

Premium French menswear brand, Celio has launched a new digital film as part of its festive campaign for Durga Pujo and Dussehra, capturing the essence of love, joy, and shared moments during the festive season. The campaign showcases Celio’s versatile menswear collection, designed to help customers find their perfect style match while celebrating the bonds of togetherness.

Targeting two key regions—West Bengal and Andhra Pradesh-Telangana—Celio has adapted the film in Bengali and Telugu to resonate with local audiences. In West Bengal, the film features popular actors John Bhattacharya and Ushasi Ray, while in Andhra Pradesh-Telangana, Akhil Sarthak and Pujita Ponnada lead the story. The art direction, set design and casting reflect the cultural vibrancy and unique flavour of each region.

The digital film portrays a light-hearted, relatable story of a couple dealing with last-minute festive shopping. The wife, amused by her husband’s procrastination, buys him a stylish festive shirt from Celio. In a sweet twist, the husband surprises her by decorating their home and wearing the same shirt, symbolising their shared sense of style and love.

Simran Kulkarni, Group Creative Manager at Schbang Motion Pictures, said, “When writing this script, we drew inspiration from a real-life story that instantly brought us joy, and we knew it would do the same for others. It’s been wonderful to watch how our production team at Schbang Motion Pictures brought this story to life, capturing the emotions and warmth in a way that leaves you with a smile. It’s a feeling that everyone can relate to, and that’s what makes it so special.”

The festive collection showcased in the film includes a variety of stylish and comfortable pieces such as loose denims, cargo pants, embroidered and knit shirts, premium soft-touch jeans, and polos—perfect for any festive occasion.
