Bombay Shaving Company expands into full-body grooming, targets Gen Z

Bombay Shaving Company has launched an upgraded trimmer range focusing on Gen Z consumers. The new range includes products designed to meet the diverse grooming needs of young men, offering features like 90 minutes of runtime, C-type charging, and multicolored blade attachments at a starting price of Rs 699.

In just nine months, Bombay Shaving Company has achieved over Rs 100 crore in annual recurring revenue (ARR), selling over 2,000 trimmers daily. The company’s focus is shifting from traditional grooming tools like razors to more comprehensive solutions that include facial and full-body hair removal products. It is achieving this by moving beyond traditional devices and focusing on content, infrastructure, and insights.

The brand’s strategy includes leveraging influencer collaborations and engaging content to connect with its Gen Z audience, encouraging self-expression through grooming. This approach has helped Bombay Shaving Company build a loyal community and resonate with younger consumers.

The brand’s products are available across major online platforms and retail chains nationwide.
