Big Hello, a fashion brand catering to plus-sized individuals, has opened its eighth retail experience store in Banglore, located in Electronics City Phase 1. This addition expands Big Hello’s presence in the city, complementing its existing outlets in areas such as Koramangala, JP Nagar, and others.
The new store offers both ethnic Indian and Western apparel for men and women, along with handcrafted accessories. The focus remains on fit and comfort, aligning with the brand’s plus-size fashion mission. Big Hello’s stores are designed as ‘Experience Stores,’ offering a lounge area for customers and vibrant interiors aimed at enhancing the shopping experience.
“Our newest store in Electronic City adds to our fast-growing footprint throughout Bengaluru and will offer our customers easy access to fashionable, high-quality clothing,” said Modita Tripathi, Brand Head at Absolute Brands, Big Hello’s parent company.
With this launch, Big Hello now operates 18 stores across cities including Chennai, Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Guntur, and Indore. The brand plans to open 50 more stores across India during this financial year, focusing on states such as Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, and Kerala.
India’s plus-size fashion market, valued at ₹88,000 crore, is growing, with the organised segment making up ₹29,000 crore. This sector is expected to see a CAGR of 25% over the next five years.
