In his previous role as Chief Business Officer at Shoppers Stop, Neeraj was instrumental in executing strategies for growth and expansion across multiple categories and store formats. He also spearheaded integrated omnichannel operations, ensuring seamless customer experiences both online and offline. At Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd., he held key positions including Senior Vice President and Chief Merchandising & Sourcing Officer for Pantaloons, where he was responsible for integrated merchandise operations and strategic sourcing initiatives.

Neeraj Nagpal holds an Executive Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Management Development Institute, Gurugram, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Garment Manufacturing Technology from the National Institute of Fashion Technology, Delhi. He has also completed leadership programs at Harvard Business School.
