Men’s fashion brand Snitch has introduced SnitchX, a premium loyalty program designed to reward high-spending customers with exclusive benefits.
The program includes cashback on prepaid purchases, additional discounts, 30-day hassle-free returns or exchanges, free shipping, and bonus points on birthdays and special occasions.
SnitchX members will also receive rewards for consecutive orders and gain access to early product drops and offline events.
The initiative aligns with Snitch’s strategy to enhance customer retention and increase its Average Customer Value (ACV) by 40-50% over the next year.
