Snitch, the Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) fashion brand, has rolled out a two-day delivery service for customers across India. The initiative covers over 1,100 cities and 7,000 pin codes, enhancing its delivery capabilities.
The brand has partnered with logistics providers to strengthen its supply chain and optimise delivery timelines. This move comes as a response to the growing trend of impulsive buying and increasing demand for quicker delivery.
Currently, 60% of Snitch’s orders reach customers within two days. The brand expects the new delivery service to contribute to a 55-point increase in Net Promoter Score (NPS) and a 15% month-on-month growth.
Founded in 2020, Snitch continues to focus on delivering trendy, fast-fashion styles while improving customer satisfaction through operational innovations. The brand has expanded to serve more than 17,000 pin codes, continuing to push boundaries in the competitive D2C fashion sector.
