Abercrombie & Fitch Co. (NYSE: ANF) has entered a multi-year franchise partnership with Myntra Jabong India Private Ltd., a prominent player in India’s fashion and lifestyle sector. The agreement is aimed at expanding the Abercrombie & Fitch and Hollister brands in the Indian market.
Under the partnership, Myntra Jabong’s wholesale entity will oversee the development of brick-and-mortar retail stores, regional e-commerce platforms, and branded digital storefronts operated by licensed and independent third parties.
